Loft cotton/rayon wrap around skirt tie waist with ruffle size 2 new with tags

This cute little skirt is by Loft and is new with tags still attached. It is a blue and green patchwork design with a 3 inch ruffle around the bottom. It is fully lined with a white 100% rayon slip while the skirt is 55% cotton and 45% rayon. It is a size 2 and has a 34 inch waist and is a total of 20!inches in length including the ruffle (17)
