This is a Loft floral print lightweight empire waist mini dress. It’s gathered under the bust and has short flutter sleeves. Zips up in the back with a tie closure, it is lined in the chest but not in the skirt and it has pockets. The size is a 0 but the measurements indicate that it would fit a bit bigger.
