Loft lace skirt

NWT Loft navy blue pencil skirt with a bit of flare at bottom. More pencil than a line. Never been worn, cotton weight fully lined lace/eyelet pattern. Close up of lace in fotos. 21 inches long from top of waistband. Looks great with a pop of colour.
