Lolita brand Milk sweatshirt

Cropped sleeves with ruffles. Cute regal heart design. Thrifted in Japan and is well worn with flaws. I don’t wear it often so I’d just like it to go to a good home :) No size but would fit size US4 and under well. I’m 6 and it’s quite fitted.
