posherstyles @reccawear hi thanks for asking. it was difficult to tell. when I saw the size at 46R that is usually a men size detail. but when researching the coat online the double breasted coat shows women wearing it. I personally think that it is a unisex coat. I would just check your chest measurements and let me know if you need any other info. cheers
