kennedy1929 Hi! The bust measurement is 17 “ 1/4 “ across the front. The material is 97% Cotton and 3% Spandex So there is a bit of stretch to the fabric. This dress can easily be worn without a bra if you wish, as it has boning across the front and back. The front has five pieces of boning and the back has four. It gives a lot of support and shape. The bones are flexible and comfortable. The dress is made of twelve panels and flares out beautifully. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
