London times 2 tone mini dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @naenaesnicnacs. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below! It's too long for me, the skirt length is 22", the full dress length is 37". The fabric is very stretchy. The dress will be good for size 14 also.
