Long Black Empire Waist Dress

Long black empire waist dress. Low V-cut at the front and back. The strings at the back can be hidden or cut if you prefer. The tag is faded but it appears to be a size SMALL. Material is soft and very stretchy - rayon and spandex blend from what I can make out on the tag. Please see measurements in the pictures. No holes or tears.
