Long Black Star Print Skirt

In great vintage condition.. Black with Gold celestial stars maxi pull on skirt. A 6 inch drop yoke in wide elastic, then lightly pleated at the drop. The fabric is mostly poly, ribbed texture and fully lined.. measuring 28 inches in total length.. fits best on a 30 inch waist, give or take a couple inches either way for the elastic.. hips on mannequin are 38 and still some room..
