This says 9X but I ordered it from a company that has small Chinese sizes. I would say it is more a 3x or 4x. Measurements are 24 under arm to under arm. 48" waist and 44" length The material is like a thin jersey but not seethrough. Tie around the waist. I washed it once but never wore it.
