Long Multi Color Skirt

Beautiful long 39" (approximately ankle length) brightly-colored skirt. Hand-made, no garment tags. Possibly South American. Waist 28 Waist. Falls away from Waist so fits hip under 44. Nice thick material, would be great for winter for that pop of color. Size 6-8
