Long Faux Leather Raincoat From Le Chateau. Size Medium. Perfect For Spring and Fall.
It is a great tan colour on the outside with a tan colour polyester lining.
There is a slit up the back that is 23" long.
The right hand pocket has a small "watch pocket" that is perfect for bus tokens or coffee change.
Length is 52 1/4" (I am 5'9" and it comes to just above my ankles)

@lisalabre I just measured the bicep. From the seam to the crease, it is 6 3/4". There really isn't a lot of give at all.
