@veronicafeld851 the velvety texture only offers a little bit of stretch, it has 5% spandex. Measurements are:
shoulder to hem 33 inches
armpit to hem 28 inches
chest (armpit to armpit) 15 inches
waist (smallest part) 13 inches
bottom of dress is 15 inches wide
