Long Sleeve Floral Print Dress

no tag but probably size XS. pink & orange flower print dress. Long puffy style sleeves. little cuts outs with none functional buttons down sleeves and chest. scallop trim bottom. zipper back. worn once, the chest area is too tight on me now and there is no stretch in the fabric.
