Long Tall Sally Black Patent Leather Heels

Elegant Black Patent Leather 2” heel by Long Tall Sally. Never have been worn as you can see by the soles but there is a small scuff due to my terrible storage techniques as seen in pic. Some scuffs can be easily fixed on patent leather but I haven’t tried so I’m not sure in this case.
