Good preowned condition, Papa Vancouver long, knit, turquoise sweater. Made and designed in Canada, this dress sports a larger scoop neck, some stretch and a comfortable a-line-ish fit. Tags are missing, so I'm not sure what the material is. It's soft, could be cotton or rayon or polyester. Please see photos for measurements.
