Cloth material band at the top with chains and beaded at the bottom I believe I purchased this at Guess to go with a one piece dressy sleeveless romper Long necklace hits around the belly button Can layer over a tank under a blazer Slight discolouration at back of piece where cloth attaches to beads, cannot see it from the front Great condition
