Made by Clientele, made in Canada No size tag but I believe it is a 1X based on other clothing I have Waist size approximately 18 inches, length approximately 40 inches 95% polyester, 5% spandex for a silky smooth feel A shaped fabric inserts at bottom of skirt to give it a swirly swinging shape when moving, super soft and comfortable to wear
