Long dress never worn , got this dress altered to a size 6

Grey with pearls, the front dips into a sweetheart neckline and the back has sheer fabric. You cannot wear a bra with this dress , so either tape or nipple covers . I am 5’7 this dress goes to the ground and the hem is trimmed with what they call horse hair
