Long floral skirt. Size S/M

This skirt is really unique. It has a thick elastic waist and quilted type black fabric with saturated hot pink and red roses. I’m 5’6” and a 29 inch waist. Laying flat it is 24 inches at the waist but It might fit up to 30 inches and also much smaller. It’s gorgeous with a bit heavier material which creates the illusion of hips.
