Long patterned dress/skirt

This is in really good condition super stretchy-other than the threading on the rutched top part. Because of the loose threads I’d wear it as a nice long skirt and just roll/tuck the top and u can tie it 😃. ⏺️This is super stretchy and long and could fit up to an xl
