Long top/tunic Size S (no way Small) see measurements

This lovely longer top is made by Picadilly (made in Canada). The tag says Small but the measurements are; Pit to pit 22 1/2” and length 29”. It is too big for me and i wear a medium to a large. I would say XL! Black and white print with stripe down sleeves to a black cuff. Slit in each side. Stretchy. Really lovely but too big!!! Sleeve length (from shoulder) 20”
