What an amazing and unique piece for a Calgary Stampede event or Western occasion! Sized Large - please see photos for measurements. The rear portion of waistband has 5" sections of elastic on left and right hip area. The top portion of the skirt is a luxurious light weight velvet, transitioning to a burnout velvet design with galloping horses and beautiful wave borders on SHEER black. There is an 18" long black lining for the top portion of the skirt - see photo. It has a zipper on the left side, with a gorgeous bronze coloured button closure - also an 18" slit up the bottom left as well. Excellent pre-loved condition.
