Fabulous with black leggings or a black miniskirt; lightweight blend with a bit of stretch; faux belt with buckle attached low on the hip; Measurements: pit-to-pit: 20"; length (from back of neck to hem) 32" There was never a size tag on this garment - I'm guessing a M/L
