Loose Pants 👖 Buggy Pants

Blue buggy pants, could be dressed to look like a skirt. I don't know the brand since I was giving it as a gift from my sister who bought it from her designer. however I do know it is women's size 3 and the top part is bit stretchy with a zipper. it's really comfortable pants, hardly used so it is in a good condition. I believe it is 100% cotton.
