Lord & Taylor birdcage skirt

I am selling a brand new Lord & Taylor brand birdcage skirt. It’s a beautiful shade of light blue with pockets and is lined. It’s a size 2 but I am a size 6 (waist 27”) and it fits me fine. Thanks for looking.
