Lord & Taylor lightweight sleeveless blouse S

Lovely lightweight sleeveless blouse by Lord & Taylor in size small. Black and white polka dot fabric, with small ruffles at the neck and arm openings. Built-in tie at neck can be done up or left hanging. Would look great under a blazer or tucked into a pencil skirt. Approximately 19" ptp, and 22.5" overall length from back neck seam. In great condition.
