poppano @cindyannebeck Hi Cindy! The fabric is like a satin. It has good weight to it. No stretch but it is a full skirt so very forgiving around the hips. The dress is practically brand new so it is in excellent condition. 19 inches pit to pit and it is a high waist at 17 inches.
