No pilling, wearing, etc. Washing has shrunk it slightly, though, so while it is a size small, its measurements are not exactly the same as shown on LA Apparel's website. See photos for accurate measurements in inches. For sizing comparison, I am 5'9" with quite a long torso and this hits at my hip, doesn't feel oversized. Love this item but have several different colors and just don't find myself reaching for the lavender. The color is a bit washed out in my photos; the LA Apparel photo and the photo next to the window are truest to color.
