Being non-dyed and vegetable tanned it is subject to less treatments than normal leathers and consequently may have marks and imperfections. Some of these appear naturally in the leather and others appear when the leather is shaped or 'lasted' during production. The leather may initially be harder than many of our other leathers but will soften over time to give you a stunning, individual pair of clogs that you will love even more than your other Lotta's. If you clog squeaks, it is just due to the fact the leather is hard. Once the leather softens, the squeaking sound will fade"
