Louben Retro Vintage Pleated Blue Skirt 4 6 8 10

This 80's skirt is in very good condition. Two side pockets that are hidden and buttons down the front. The tag says size 10 but the waist is only 12 inches wide so depending how you sit this on your waist, it could fit a variety of sizes, the waist was taken in on one side (see photo).
