Louben, was founded in Montreal in 1945, but judging by the style and tag, I think this is from the 90s. The velvet detail on this jacket is gorgeous with its topstitching! They don't make clothing like they used to. The quality of the fabric and the tailoring are exceptional! When, nowadays, do you find a blazer for women made of, wool and silk! All items (except for most accessories and most footwear and all items with tags) are washed and cleaned.
