Vintage clothing seems to almost always surpass what we see today, in craftmanship, quality and tailoring. Judging by the style and tag of this garment, I think this is a dress from the 90s. A good dress for the office, formal functions and for an evening out! Would look beautiful with a pashmina draped over the shoulders for an event, for the office, a suit jacket or cardigan, for other outings a cardigan can give you that dressy look without looking too business.
