Louboutin Limited Edition Aketi 100 size 40

Brand new never worn Aketi 100 limited edition color way. Size 40. Impossible to find. In original box with dust covers and heel replacements. I typically wear a size 9, but size up to 40/10 in Loub so they are more comfortable. The 100mm heel height just is a bit too high for my arches/feet.
