Black epi leather, exterior is in very good condition. 2 large main compartments are clean and in very good condition. Inside slip pocket and outside slim back pocket are scratched but not sticky. Gold hardware, usual scratches from wear but gold is not worn off. No key. Fits regular letter size folders and presentation folders for letter sized paper. Beautiful gift for a graduation or new job. Love this one but I have too many!
