mprenoveau My gemmologist is telling me that the level posts are much heavier that the earrings and that they do not belong to those earrings. They look like RobertoCoin posts but the RC mark is missing. Earrings that are 10 to 15 years old would weigh between 6 and 10 grams, not 1 gram. If the earrings were bought at Birks, the evaluation should come from that store. Also, there are no marks on the earrings themselves which is very unusual for quality earrings.

onlyluxury4me @mprenoveau Hello, I want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not I will happily take them back. These earrings were purchased as you received them. Roberto Coin only uses 1 sapphire and their initials. These are not Roberto Coin and that is the reason I did an evaluation. I wanted to know the exact details of the earrings as most of my Birks vintage purchases have receipts that are too dull to read anymore.

These earrings are of high value and although I was selling them they still hold sentimental value too.

mprenoveau Your solution will not work because Poshmark customer support does not get involved with a request for a refund after 72 hours of the delivery . I could not get an opinion from my gemmologist within that framework of time and I am too honest to reposh it with the certificate you sent me. So, the only solution is to settle my claim as I suggested.

mprenoveau According to Poshmark customer support,following a purchase, the money paid by the customer is released to the seller after 72 hours of the delivery which, in this case, would be November 30. Consequently, the issue has to be resolved between us. I always have been an honest person. If you give me your address, you could be notified by Purolator that I have sent you the earrings and you could safely transfer the money to my bank account.

Please remember that Poshmark takes 20% so I can only reimburse you the amount Poshmark has given me if you simply cannot go thru Poshmark to obtain their portion. I have a 5star rating and my closet is fully stocked so upon receiving the earrings I will reimburse you the amount Poshmark has paid me.

mprenoveau During the holiday season, the delay to get an answer from Customer Support is lengthy according to their automatic reply. It is very unpleasant and I am afraid it will lead nowhere before Christmas. This is the reason why I asked for your address. At least, it would be settled shortly.
