Louis Vuitton LV Monogram Vernis Reade PM Vintage Revamped w/crossbody straps

This vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis Reade PM has been revamped from its original 2005 Beige Vernis patent leather and Vachetta leather trim to a gorgeous Berry Vernis with rustic brown trim. The light gold hardware has been polished to a gleam. Light gold D-rings have been added so that a crossbody strap can be used. Two new light gold chain crossbody straps (non-LV) will be included. Original dust bag included. 🌸Note: LV had just relaunched the Reade PM with a crossbody/shoulder strap for $3,550 retail. 🌸Condition: Good vintage condition. Full disclosure: this bag is not perfect. There is a crack in the Vachetta leather on each side of the front strap (pictured). There are two points on the left side of the bag where a small part of the Vernis has rubbed off. This can happen to vintage Vernis pieces, particularly at corners or edges. The Berry dye accidentally bled onto the LV heat stamp. Otherwise, no rips, snags, stains or odours. The interior lining is clean.
