-Purchased from Louis Vuitton in Barcelona in 2016 -I don’t have the original purchase receipt as this was a gift but I do have the repair receipt for the metal binding rings that Louis Vuitton replaced (see photo) -the agenda was used very sparingly while I worked from home so it is in perfect working order and in pristine condition (see video) -Comes with authenticity card, dust bag, box -I can include repair receipts, with personal information blocked out, upon request

truz6 Hi! I noticed that the repair receipt was from 2016 as well, so just curious if the item was initially defective? They did a full replacement of the binding? Thanks!

eddilicious @truz6 Hello! My apologies for the late reply - still trying to learn my way. Yes, I noticed when I received the agenda that the rings did not fully close, leaving a tiny gap. I took it to LV Bloor Street and they replaced the entire metal binding with a new one that works perfectly (please see video).
