Louis Vuitton Speedy 25 w/ Replaced Vachetta

Louis Vuitton Speedy 25 Vintage with leather replaced* Originally purchased from a Japanese seller. Bag has essentially been authenticated by LV as they completed repairs on it. *chaps, handle, zipper pull tab, and side pull have been replaced by LV. The piping is the original leather as is one side of the pull tab which states where it's made. There is a slight stain on the vachetta (see photos). I think this is a defect from LV as I haven't used this bag since the repair, and handles were previously wrapped to protect it. I cleaned the hardware with Brasso and it looks like it may have stained a little underneath the pocket where the date code is. Please see attached.
