@kmnak8 it’s not tarnished…it’s silver under the gold coating on the hardwear…it’s just worn off…keep in mind, this piece is almost 15 years old, so it’s not going to be perfect unless it was never used.
They have rereleased the Murakami after 15 years of being discontinued, so these pieces are in VERY high demand right now…and TRUST when I say, the older the LV, the better the quality!!!!…ur lucky if a piece lasts 10 years these days.

Side note…I just noticed that the zipper pull is missing from this item….doesn’t affect functionality, but just so ur aware…keep in mind tho, little things like that, usually don’t cost a lot to get replaced at LV…they usually have the, on-site at the store and will do it while u wait.
