Love 21 1990s abstract print lined midi maxi skirt flowy

Bought this for myself but it’s too small :( curved hem, if you wear the zipper in the back it’s a v shape and if you wear with tag in the back it’s shorter in front and longer at the sides, super flowy material is lined. Length is 32 inch at the shorter portion and almost 38.5-39 inches at the longer portion. I believe the brand is part of forever 21
