In excellent, like new condition. Super soft & stretchy jersey knit fabric. Has flutter sleeves & what is called a “swing” bottom. The writing is embroidered in a metallic beading. French- translates to “why not?”. Please note the fabric care tag has been cut off, though it would likely say to wash in cold water on gentle & hang to dry. From clean, smoke free home.
