Love21 Dress with Gold Sequins

This a very fun party dress with gold sequins along the collar of the dress. The bottom is a pencil skirt fit and lands above the knees. The top, as you can see, is more loose and flowy! Only worn once for a friend's birthday and is in excellent used condition. The brand Love 21 is from Forever 21, but apparently geared towards an older demographic (ages 25 to 45).
