Size tag says xl - but please see measurements. Black/multi colored floral print top with cold shoulder. Frilly detail around shoulder cut out - drapes around upper arm like a small sleeve. Round neck with button opening at back. Slightly darted at bust otherwise fairly straight bodice. Unlined. Back seaming. Light, blousy fabric. 100% polyester. Shoulder width 13 inches (@ neckline). Max width at cut out 21 inches . Armpit to armpit 22 inches. Shoulder to hemline 28 inches.
