Lovely MittoShop dress - dark blue with floral print

Brand new with tags - flouncy mittoshop dress in dark blue with pink floral print. This cotton dress is very light with short sleeves and one pocket on each side; zipper on the back; never worn. Though it says large, it is more of a medium and is shorter in length.
