Lovely lace-topped dress

Beautiful winter dress-- I'm calling it a winter dress because the black material in the skirt is heavier (also forgiving). Long sleeves are sheer lace but the top has a beige underlay. The skirt has pockets! Zipper in the back, lovely pleats at front waist; some stretch.
