Lovely sheer flowy lilac Noa Noa dress

Amazing dress to wear in warmer months as a beach cover up, or day-to-day as a layering piece! It's sheer and flowy with a gorgeous ruching detail at the back. It's a bit stretchy. Tag says 36 (Euro sizing); it's pretty oversize and flowy so I think could fit up to a M or L. No fabric content or care label, likely poly. Hand wash cold. To note: The hem around the collar is pulling a bit, see images 3 and 7 There is a very faint line (pen?) on the bottom right, around 2", see image 8
