This is a very comfy top. It is a size Large ladies. Has 3 cut outs at neckline with metal looking attachments along each cut out. Looks like bamboo leaves in black, grey, green and teal on a white shirt. Front is lined. Loved wearing it with black skort or blue jeans. EUC. P2P is 20”
