Lovely vintage style corduroy jacket - size women’s medium but fits like small

A very lovely light jacket in very good used condition. Just not my style for everyday wear and it deserves to have a new life! Tagged size medium. I usually wear Small across most brands and I find that it’s a good fit - please see the measurements in the photos. For reference I am 5’1, usually wear size small/size 4
