New with tags. Top fits true to size, bottoms fit quite snug in the waist. Recommended for someone quite thin, as the waist band is a bit tight in these. I have a 27 inch waist and these are too small for me

@justinebee it depends on your waist measurement! There’s a lot of room throughout but the waist band is quite snug. My waist is 27 inch and this is quite tight on me. I think waist measurement 24-25 inch would fit best
